How to Return an Item

1. Email us at hello@alfrescoprints.com within 14 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number and reason for return (optional)
3. We’ll send you a free returns label and simple instructions
4. Package the print securely and drop it off with the courier
   

Once we receive the item, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original condition
  
• Prints should be returned in their original packaging where possible
  
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your print arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we’ll fix it immediately.
